Keep the lamp where people can see it
A short note on Matthew 5 and the kind of light that does not need a stage.
Matthew 5:15-16 · King James Version
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
A lamp is not a spotlight. Matthew 5 is about ordinary visibility: a life people can see without a stage, a logo, or a countdown clock.
Keep the work where the neighbor can find it. That is closer to a casserole and a Tuesday visit than a platform.
