We launch it. Then we keep it.
Most small business sites go stale because nobody owns the small stuff. Upkeep is us owning it, for a flat monthly price, or a yearly price paid up front that saves 10%. Yearly plans are paid up front and non-refundable.
AI search setup comes with every plan. We add schema, plain-answer FAQs, an AI-readable site summary (llms.txt), and checks that your site and Google profile agree, so Google, AI Overviews, and ChatGPT can name your business. It is built into your price. No promised rankings.
What each plan covers
- One-page site, $29 / month or $299 / year: one site update a month, a monthly AI answers check, hosting, and domain renewal up to $15 a year. Any renewal cost above $15 is billed to you at cost.
- Starter, $99 / month or $1,069 / year: hours, phone, a broken link, one content tweak each month when you send the words, and a monthly AI answers check.
- Growth, $199 / month or $2,149 / year: the above, plus a new page or tip when you send copy, and a closer eye on search titles and AI answers.
- Premium, $275 / month or $2,970 / year: the above, plus a watch on the parts that move: episodes, notes, seasonal pages.
Every plan
- Hosting is included with upkeep. There is no separate hosting charge.
- Small changes and holiday hours are part of the price.
- Domain renewals are covered up to $50 a year on Starter, Growth, and Premium, and up to $15 a year on the one-page plan.
- Yearly upkeep is paid up front for 12 months and costs 10% less than paying monthly. Yearly plans are paid up front and non-refundable, including unused months if you cancel early.
- Send changes, new photos, and short videos any time on the change request page.
- Every plan, including the one-page plan, includes a monthly check of what ChatGPT, Google, and other AI tools say about your business. If something is wrong on the site side, we fix it. More at steadysiteco.com/ai-search/.
If you skip upkeep
Upkeep is optional. You can export your site and take it with you, but we recommend keeping it hosted with us so it stays up to date.
Weekly updates add-on
Upkeep covers occasional changes. Weekly updates is for menus, schedules, or specials that change every week, like a restaurant menu, a class schedule, or a food truck's locations.
$79 a month on top of any upkeep plan, including the one-page plan. Up to 4 updates a month, about one a week. Email us the change and it goes live within 1 business day. New pages or redesigns are quoted separately.
